An awful, horrible man with countless crimes under his belt. Name a crime and he's probably done it. Yet, somehow, he's always let go in court due to a lack of evidence. His arch enemy, Victor Pompous, is infuriated by this. But he and Astro Boy always manage to put a stop to his evil deeds, whatever they may be.

A robot from outer space, built for terraforming planets. Once discovered and built on Earth, he starts reshaping the planet in the image of his own, a planet uninhabitable for humans.

Ferno is an infernal robot designed and built by Don Tay. He can shoot beams from the protrusions on his head, fly using jets that come from his ears, and emit heat from his body so intense his body glows a bright white.

With a mighty 1,000,000 horsepower strength, this robot may very well be the most powerful robot on Earth. Pluto's master sends Pluto out to face off and destroy seven other robots, the mightiest robots in the world, which includes Astro Boy! 

Despite the purpose of which he was built, Pluto has an honest heart, even befriending Astro Girl.

A rogue robot who kills humans in order to establish his ideal future for robots. He dons blue armor, which includes a blue helmet with wings on the side and a mask on his face which hides his true identity. In his arsenal is a javelin and a specially-made sword. His steed, a robot horse named Iron, can emit jets from its hooves and fly. In a pinch, the Blue Knight can use the energy from his horse to re-energize himself.
